How to prepare for your next rock or mulch delivery: Decide on an area in your yard to have your product dropped. Most companies will only place the product in a well open area, driveway, and roadways clear of wires, trees, and sandy ground. We at Rock Solid recommend that you place a tarp on the ground to ensure no damage to your driveway or grass area and to reduce the chances of contamination of your product, and minimize your clean up.

Frequently Asked Questions:

All Rock Solid drivers will inspect your driveway prior to driving on it to ensure that there is no pre-existing damage or a potential issue to arise later.
In most cases the answer is yes, unless there is a sidewalk that crosses past the front of it, in which case you will need to sign a waiver first, releasing us from any damages.
Yes, in a well open area. If it can be done, we will do it.
That is a good question! The driver will have to make that call. We have commercial dump trucks that are very heavy when they are empty. Add a few tons of material to that and driving over soft grass or sand becomes a bad situation for both you and our driver. The truck and your lawn can become damaged very quickly. We would like to avoid any situation that can do more harm than good, and we are sure you would appreciate the same!
